Forget its life expectance B! Check out their age at sexual maturity: 5+!!! And how about their age exploited: 5!!! Whoaaaaaaa! Some kinda fish eh? Good though!

Harry, I wonder if we have the same species of snapper. We fish our own so we are guaranteed the real thing.
Schumy so tragic for the fish! Bluenose makes good sushi though, you're right, clear white flesh ... I tried to make raw fish salad with it (Pacific style: ginger, coconut milk, lemon juice ...). Great stuff.
