Hainanese Chicken
It takes a lot of preparation, but once everything is organized it is surprisingly easy to do. This version is the result of many back and forth conference emails with my aunts who really know their food.

Oooooooooh, Hainanese Chicken!!! Yummmmmmmy!!! Complete with the vital condiments of shredded ginger, sesame seed oil, soy sauce, chillies and stuff? (Yikes, I've just had dinner and you're making me hungry again!)
