I ended up making the Hainanese below Jigs and Eduardo - I had meant to do this series eons ago but never finished till yesterday.
Come and visit kasi Jigs so I can cook for you! Yes that is super sweet corn in the bag. It looks like I will be home for Christmas Jigs so maybe I can cook then. Eduardo, you are of course invited to join us. :)
