Buying water sort of bars you from having a valid whinge, plenty of giveaway water in taps.
Softdrink can't have been dearer and would justify the moaning. Buying water means you wanted to throw money away anyway.
I would have told the vendors to ask for a pay rise so they could afford to go to the barber.
