About Carlin, I just saw him in the movie “Dogma”. If you haven't seen it already, I recommend it. If you have seen it, I recommend seeing it again. I saw it twice last weekend.

thanks for reminding me about Dogma! it's been quite a while since my last "screening" of it and would love to show it to some friends who need a mental shake-up (they're believers; I, naturally, am NOT).

@JayJDC: You're most welcome :) As a non-believer myself, I consider that sort of movie to be a must, both for those who believe and for those who don't, to set a few things into proper perspective. Pity though that most of those who really need to see it are made somewhat less than enthusiastic by the rather “juicy” language in the film, and leave usually within the first five to ten minutes :-
