This pair of new buildings at Brindabella Business Park are taking shape. The mostly blue building is going to (I belive) form the basis of a small retail center bringing Newsagent, Grocery, PseudoBank (Credit Union) and another Cafe to the mix.

Still a woefull place to work and it's little wonder my current employer is pulling out of their 3 buildings in 2010.

About a week ago we ejected our sometimes boarder Jason. While he seemed nice enough in the begining his continual mess and filth (mouldy crockery and utensils in his room, chewing gum stuck in the shower) coupled with a very loose idea of when rent needed paying made him more stress than anything else.

The 5th bedroom has been turned over toe cats and is much cleaner!

Cask Wine is Australia's greatest gift to the world. Bomb-boxes, Goon-Bags whatever what to call them are the ideal way to sell and store our cheap (but mostly passable) table wines.

Unfortunately they also make it possible to buy 4L or 5L of wine for the price of a single bottle. Handy if you have a drinking problem and a budget problem.

While we not play our Wii Games as much as some (nor as much as we'd like) we've become quite hooked on the Wii Polls and some of the other online functions and applications.

Avalanche has been keen to be a free spirit and not really that worried about sitting on laps or any of that "pet" type activity.

Except as he's approaching is 2nd birthday he's becoming a lot more social. He has started to express a preference for laps and joining us on the lounge.

A recent arrival from Japan is this "DW" airbag steering wheel. It's a replacement for the Lynx wheel which is suffering with age.

Mixing up a couple of days supply of Dry Food for the furr-bag-fleet (currently 21 Cats and Kittens).

A scoop or two from each bag is combined in a tub. The bags themselves are probably about good for 3-4 weeks supply.

No pic. Just text. Good news today I finally have a commencement date for my new job. Just 6 months after the interview.

It hasn't quite sunk in yet - but technically it's a BIG promotion from my current position and will be a bit of a shock to my collegues. For me though it's a step back up to where I was careerwise about 3 years ago. New job is hopefully going to be a challenge and keep me interested after the past couple of years of semi-retirement.

We've picked up a WiiFit tonight, it's possibly the coolest Wii concept thus far and while I'm not sure it will make me suddenly decide to commence and exercise regime it will be a bit of fun.

I'm looking forward to learning some Yoga!
